- Do I have to pay it now, or can I make monthly payments?
- If my spouse was in error, is it also mine?
- Where can I get free information?
It’s payday. Expecting a check, you open the envelope and find that the IRS has taken most of your money. What’s left is not enough to pay the rent, the car payment, buy groceries, or pay the rest of the bills. This action will continue on every check you receive, until the tax owed is paid in full. What can you do?
This is not a situation to take lightly, failing to file your tax returns is a criminal offense and can turn into a big problem. If you do not file, you can be prosecuted and punished with potential jail time, one year for each year not filed. Why risk potentially losing your freedom for failing to file your tax returns?
You can settle your debt with the IRS for just pennies on the dollar. The IRS Code states: “We will accept an Offer in Compromise when it is unlikely that we can collect the full amount owed and the amount you offer reasonably reflects the collection potential…” (Internal Revenue Code section 7122). Ready to compromise?
Where do I begin? It is Christmas time, and I am taking the time with no hesitation because Brandt Edwards has been a ” True Christmas Miracle” for me….I have peace of mind right now, that I had not had in several years……and as I take time reflecting and “taking stock” as I approach a New Year, what is more valuable??
I live in Newburgh Indiana, came across some tax problems with the IRS from 2003. Could not find a lawyer in my area to take care of the problem, so I did a lot of research and found Tax Relief Allies. They helped me a great deal, and were very responsive to my calls and concerns. My problem has been handled!
I decided to go online to get help after the IRS decided to garnish my social security check. Not meeting someone eye to eye before handing over money was difficult, but they were true to their word! After my first payment and lots of prayers, my social security check is no longer being garnished! He saved me 95% of my IRS debt.
They saved my property and gave me back my life. I got into tax trouble, not meaning to, and Brandt stepped in and went right to work and never stopped till the problem was solved. He is still there for me when I need it and I’m grateful for that. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.
